Database Administrator

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining all databases servers.
The position will require both technical level experience and ability to interface
with all levels of users. Strong Knowledge of OTLP and data warehousing environments
are required.
Job Responsibilities
- Support and maintain DB2, MySQL and MSSQL server databases.
- 3 to 6 years database administration experience.
- Experience with database size over 1 TB.
- Responsible for backup and recovery.
- Maintaining database performance including patching and optimizing if necessary.
- Work with UNIX admin on database server system tuning.
- Database performance monitoring and tuning.
- Troubleshooting and plan database infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Knowledge of maintaining DB2 UDB 8.9 to 9.7 OLTP databases running in a Solaris and AIX environment.

Job Description
Provides guidance to the operational activities of the audit and compliance teams with the

- Position reports to SVP Regulatory Affairs & Compliance. Daily interaction with senior
members of company across IT, Software Development, Business Development, Account Management,
Finance, and Product Management.
- Responsible for leading several operations departments, including Documentation Outreach,
Audit and Compliance. Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities
consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
- Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
- Provides direction and structure for operating units.
- Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees. Monitor Medicare policy changes

support Medicare changes.
- Manage compliance services for medical necessity documentation outreach and audit coordination
and response services, including suggestions on process improvements, new edits and system
changes.
- Regular contact with key CMS contacts to build relationship with Medicare and resolve billing
or compliance issues when they arise.
- Assist Customer service with training on compliance related questions and policies.
- Serve as a Medicare Compliance resource for Account Management.
- Participate on CEDI Vendor, Open Forum and Provider Outreach and Education Advisory Group calls.

Job Description
Candidate will work amongst some of the most talented experts in the healthcare
industry and gain invaluable experience along the way. The qualified candidate
will ensure the quality and integrity of all software products for distribution
to customers both internally and externally. During the Software Development
Lifecycle, the candidate will be heavily involved in defining test cases, deploying
products from a Development to a Test environment, staging test data, coordination
of user-acceptance testing as needed, as well as end-stage testing and validation.
Candidate will report to the Director of Business Implementations and work closely
with Business Systems and Quality Assurance Analysts, Software Engineers, Product
and Account Managers, and many other entities. This is a fast-paced business with
ever-evolving deadlines and candidate will be required to work additional hours
from time to time when a project warrants, or possibly a weekend periodically.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts testing on all products utilizing systems analysis and QA best practices
- Types of testing include but are not limited to Web, Delphi/GUI, Transactional/Point of Sale, etc...
- Creates Test Cases and records/maintains examples, results, and notes
- Contributes and maintains Test Case Repository
- Monitors and proactively work items queued in Ticketing System or based on Priority Lists

Medicare and Medicaid product offerings. Oversees market research, develops competitive strategy,
stays ahead of regulatory changes and identifies solutions to meet the needs of our customers.

The Product Manager should have a minimum of 3-7 years in the healthcare industry developing products and services. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proven management experience, cross-functional team building skills, and strategic planning/analysis skills.
